are super affordable because I basically have a protein bar every day for breakfast and I need to keep myself on a budget so I found an amazing brand at a store we all know and love and that is Costco yes so Kirkland brand which is Cocteau’s home rent has the own protein bar and I’m so excited to show it to you so first let’s do some close-ups on the product so first things first here is a box and very no-frills kind of packaging shows you straight-up what is inside there are two flavors chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate brownie both very great flavors I used to think chocolate chip love my favorite but now I kind of like them both equally they’re great macros they have 15 grams of fiber 1 gram of sugar 21 grams of protein very comparable to the quest bar that you know I love so much and here again you can just see the nutrients for yourself I think they’re bang on under 200 calories I don’t really think you can go wrong with that and what’s great is that a $25 box yep compared to test bars they are such great great value so let’s move on to the individual bars so here’s what the packaging where the bars look like pretty standard free straightforward you open it up here first up we have the chocolate chip cookie dough as you can see they’re a really big chunks of chocolate which I just adore I love chocolate so much and you can see the texture is not dry it’s actually very moist that’s what I love about these floating bars that are so great next up we have the chocolate brownie again as you can see I just love all of the chocolate chunks in there and when you look at this chocolate brownie bar it straight up looks like a brownie which is pretty impressive if you ask me what let’s get on to the taste test okay this is the time to test it out so first up I am going to try the chocolate chips the dough for you mm-hmm I took a big bite solder when I bite into the bar it tastes like chocolate chips so it does not taste like a protein bar all these other bars that I love requests the combat crunch I love them and they’re chewing in their moist but I know I’m eating a protein bar when I bite into this Kirkland chocolate chip dough ok straight up like chocolate chip dough I like how there are big chocolate chunks as well so you don’t get shafted by just all the dough part I don’t taste any of the synthetic flavor I really really love you and really I don’t have anything bad to say about this bar it’s just straight-up awesome it is very very true chili so I mean I think if you don’t like chewy protein bar then you might not like this one because chewy level is through the roof but I really like it it tastes like there’s a lot of substance and it’s straight-up amazing I don’t have any other thing to say about it and it doesn’t taste overly sweet and tastes like chocolate chip though I’m not kidding guys you have to try this okay let’s move on to the chocolate brown okay let’s take the first bite I think the citta plet in the chocolate brown news bar has a much dark richer flavor like chopped dark chocolate and I believe I feel that the chocolate chunks in this chocolate brownie bar are bigger than your chocolate dough chocolate chips bell one which I adore because I love chocolate so much and I really do feel like I am eating a dessert with this one what I really enjoy in the morning is having this chocolate brownie bar with my cup of coffee I think the combination of those two it’s just like you’re in the cafe having a nice little dessert it’s amazing I think the chocolate press coffee combo the chocolate brownies press coffee combo is even better than when I have a chocolate chip dough with the coffee now just something about the chocolate brownie mix make it so decadent it’s a very luscious chocolate flavor that’s how I feel about it chewing this level is the same I feel as a chocolate chip though you do have to really work through the bottle you have to really chew there’s quite dense I don’t mind the chewy level and the denseness because it takes me longer to eat the bar so it gives me time because enjoy my breakfast instead of just wolfing it down which I really like overall I would say both of these bars are so great I’ve nothing bad to say about them they don’t change synthetic they are both very executive to eat just like dessert and what’s the biggest kicker is that they are at such an affordable price so for this box is fulcrum plop with 20 bars ten bars in each flavor this is 25 dollars before tax in Canada so if you have Costco near you I highly recommend you go out right now and
